A Laboratory Born from Purpose and Experience



Our laboratory was born from a search for meaning — a desire to give soul to our expertise and to reconnect the bond between earth and science.

Choosing Drôme Provençale was an obvious decision: a luminous land with a climate ideally suited to Mediterranean plants, and rooted in a long-standing tradition of agricultural excellence.
Nestled in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône vineyards, our laboratory was designed in accordance with the highest standards of hygiene and safety, while embracing a philosophy of total integration.
Here, every craft coexists: cultivation, harvesting, distillation, formulation, bottling, and hospitality.

Everything is carried out on site, as close as possible to the fields, in order to preserve the freshness of the plants and minimize our carbon footprint.
At the very beginning, just the two of us, we chose to do everything ourselves — from earth to bottle.
No intermediaries, no subcontractors: every step bears our signature, our vision, and our standards.
We are the guardians of our products’ quality, and we can stand behind it with full transparency and documented proof.
This proximity between cultivation and transformation creates a virtuous circle: the CO₂ we generate is naturally offset by the CO₂ absorbed by our fields.
